This policy is purpose-built for this roofing cost calculator site. We only process the data needed to generate estimates and support quote planning.
Data We Process
We process project inputs such as roof area, inspection scope, materials, location, and estimated budget bands when you run a calculator. We also process contact details you provide for quote-related support: ZIP code, name, email, and phone number. We log minimal technical event data (for example request timestamps and page paths) for reliability and anti-abuse checks.
Service Providers
We use Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure for hosting and storage. We may use email/communication tools to coordinate quote support. Analytics is limited to aggregate usage metrics to improve estimate reliability and planning workflows.
Retention
Calculator input summaries and quote-support details are retained only as long as needed for service support, troubleshooting, and legal/compliance needs. We do not sell data and do not use your email or phone number for unrelated advertising.
User Rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted details. Contact requests should be sent through the support channel on the Contact page.
