Users may use estimates as planning ranges and should verify local bids before signing any contract. CostArchitect does not provide licensed contractor advice and does not perform inspections. You must not use the calculator for any fraudulent bidding or misrepresentation activity.
Quote Planning and Contact Requests
We allow users to submit ZIP, contact details, project type, timeline, and preferences to support quote planning and contractor comparison. Submitting these details does not guarantee contractor response times or pricing and is for planning only.
Availability
